Football and Futsal under the Red Traffic Light setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework

Ahead of the start of the 2022 season, New Zealand Football have today announced guidance, developed with Sport NZ and Federations, for delivering football and futsal under the Covid-19 Protection Framework.

New Zealand Football and Federations have confirmed football and futsal for participants aged over 12 years and three months will operate as My Vaccine Pass Gatherings. This is to ensure that the game remains compliant with the COVID-19 protection framework and can be played in the safest possible environment.

All participants aged over 12 years and three months will require a valid My Vaccine Pass to be involved in these Gatherings. Participants aged 5-11 are encouraged to be vaccinated.

Please note that Hornby United AFC now Has the ability for anyone over the age of 12 to load your my vaccine pass onto your account we will require everyone 12 and above to do this as soon as registered .
